We have a hassle-free return policy. Eligible returns must be received within 60 days of purchase and in their original condition. Refunds are eligible for items damaged during shipment ONLY with a proof of video upon opening the item (please record a video while opening the parcel). If the item or items are used, the refund will not be issued.
