Shipping Policy

At Fourier Nimbus, we understand the importance of fast and reliable shipping. We are currently partnering with USPS to provide standard shipment at the lowest cost. Once you order our products please give yourself 10-15 business days to receive the item. We will continuously improve our process, setup and infrastructure to reduce that time. Our packaging is designed to keep your items safe and secure during transit, so you can be sure they'll arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, and will be displayed at checkout.
 

Return Policy

At Fourier Nimbus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the items are broken, chipped or torn then the return will not be accepted. 

 

Best Practices to consider for a Hassle Free Return: 

  • Our products, especially the Terracotta Items, (Jewelry, Wall Decor, Clay Dolls, Potteries) are fragile and delicate in nature. There is always a possibility that these items can break during the shipment. When you receive the items make sure to make a video of the unboxing, so that you have a proof to share with us. We will request that you share the video with us so that we can provide that feedback to our shipping partners and improve packaging process. 

  • Once you are sure that you want to return the product, request the return from the website. Share the information of your order number and the video of the unboxing by emailing at workcenter@fouriernimbus.com for us to evaluate the reasoning of the return. Also include your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email. Please note that, the shipping cost will be refunded ONLY in case of an item arriving defective, broken or torn.

  • Once the return is made, please give us 30 days to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.​ We will issue a credit to your original form of payment for the original transaction, including the cost of the item with tax.

  • Shipping fees are typically non-refundable under the following circumstances:

    • Buyer's remorse: If a customer simply changes their mind about a purchase and returns a non-defective item, shipping fees are usually not refunded.

    • Website Specification: On the website if it highlighted that the product comes with free shipping and free return policy.
